As a result, it almost seems natural today, that people complain about back pain while standing or pain in the knees after a little run…

Our Body in Balance Workshops are designed to address those problems, caused by our "modern lifestyles. We believe that every change in the way we train, eat or live is caused by an initiating event. We want our workshops to be those events which helped you to  move better, move more often, become stronger, fitter and more efficient in your day to day life.

We´re on a Yacht cruising along Mallorcas shoreline, so of course, sailing will be a topic. You can simply enjoy the sail, or join the crew and learn how to sail.

Our coaches will provide you with some simple and easy to cook ideas on how to eat smarter and cleaner. Each of you will get a list with 10 different recipes containing healthy food to fuel your body after your workout



life on Bord

Stepping aboard a sailing yacht first might seem like a bit of a strange approach to start a functional training workshop. But than - is there a better way to start a holiday aiming to improve your physical performance?  Only a few minutes after leaving the busy shores of Mallorca behind, usually everybody falls into a deep state of relaxation. Time to concentrate on yourself, no distractions, just you, the ocean and a small group of likeminded people and professional coaches. Our Yacht will be anchored on some of the most beautiful spots in the Med and our training sessions will take place on the beach as well as on and in the water.  

However, personal space is always limited on sailing yachts. Thats why our Team will make sure that we never sail longer than 2-3 hours before we anchor and give you the possibility to escape the yacht, going to shore or enjoying a little swim. 

Breakfast will be served by our team on Bord, as well as some little snacks for lunch. In the evenings, we will go to shore and eat in some local restaurant together.
