Teambuilding? Successful collaboration? Communication Skills? Individual Leadership Development? Project Management? The list of promisses companies do in order to promote their expertise and incentives is endless. We would love to be able to also call ourselfs Experts in all of these areas, but that wouldn´t be true.
However, we wouldn´t been offering company incentives if we wouldn´t believe that the core of all the important aspects mentioned above is something different. Something so very basic and natural that every child has it.
Enthusiasm
Enthusisasm generates powers. It generates boldness, courage; kindles confidence, overcomes doubts. It creates endless energy, the source of all accomplishment. Henry Ford
Even though Enthusiasm is somehting we´re all born with, it seems a difficult skill to maintain as we grow older. We believe Enthusiasm is the foundation of every skill we have and we believe, it can be and needs to be "trained". A group of people, who share the same Enthusiasm we call a team, they will communicate easily, develop new ideas and solve problems together.
What we do on our Events and Adventures is about Enthusiasm. We try to take people by their hands and lead them out of their "comfort zone". Experience nature, the ocean, joy, excitement, exhaustion, pure happiness and sometimes maybe a bit of fear.
Experience all of that together with your team. Laugh together, fight together, live together.
Enthusiasm will be just there, simply - and again naturaly.
